Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order is out for delivery.
During peak seasons (such as Christmas or Mother’s Day), processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volume.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently offer the following delivery options:

Standard delivery: 5-6 business days

Express delivery: 2-3 business days 

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

Local Delivery or Pickup

If you are located near our store or warehouse, we may offer local delivery or in-store pickup options. Availability and rates will be shown at checkout.
For local deliveries, please ensure someone is available to receive your items—particularly for fresh floral arrangements, which require prompt handling.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently deliver within Île de France 
Some fragile or perishable floral items may be available for local delivery only due to their delicate nature.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our floral and decorative items, but if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@seasonsfloral.fr with your order number and photos of the damage.


Pre-Orders and Seasonal Items

Certain holiday or custom floral decorations may be offered as pre-orders. Estimated shipping dates will be clearly stated on the product page. Delays can occur due to supplier or shipping constraints during high-demand seasons.
